About This Property
4 bedroom, 2.5 bath house. Tenant pays all utilities, including trash pick-up. Tenant is in charge of taking care of the yard. Rents for $1650 with a $1650 deposit. . Please call or email us if you'd like to put in an application. If you submit an application through the website, I won't be able to access it. If you plan to apply for an apartment, it's a good idea to put down $100 towards the deposit to put a hold on it to avoid it being rented out from under you. We do not have any interior pictures of the property. We only allow one pet, a dog or a cat, 20 lbs or less full grown. It adds $15 to the rent and $500 to the deposit. Unfortunately, we do not offer any rent specials. Leases are for one year.
