First month's rent AND last month's rent are required at the beginning of the lease in addition to those months' fees. 4. Pet Application Fee- Each pet will have a one-time $250 pet application fee for 1 year leases or $300 for 6-month leases. 5. SECURITY DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT: Security Deposits are typically equal to the monthly rent amount.
