Experience maintenance-free living with our on-call emergency maintenance services. Utilities included are garbage services. Residents are obligated to pay for water through Pennsylvania American and electricity through West Penn Power. A flat fee of $45.50 will be charged monthly for sewage. All applicants must: • Be 18 years of age or older. • Provide government issued ID. • Income qualifications must be proven as a minimum of 3.50x the rent. • Last three most recent paystub must be provided. If starting new employment an official letter must be supplied. • Applicants are required to complete a credit and background check. • Rental verifications of previous addresses will be completed for all applicants.
