The kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and an open concept that connects the kitchen with the dining and living areas. The primary bedroom has three large windows for natural light, a walk-in closet, plus a generous en-suite bathroom with double vanity, a large shower, and heated floors. The house rental comes with a new LG high-efficiency washer and dryer in the laundry room. There's also plenty of storage throughout the house between closets, thoughtful storage nooks, and the basement/cellar. Enjoy south-facing light with windows that look out to a beautiful early 1900's firehouse (converted into a luxury duplex), a quiet corner with minimal traffic (and plenty of street parking), and Denver's friendliest neighborhood. This is one of Denver's most walkable locations in terms of parks, restaurants, and venues. You're one block to Congress Park (and the Congress Park Pool), .3 miles to the Denver Botanic Gardens, .5 miles to Cheeseman Park, and .7 miles to City Park. Shells & Sauce, House of CoPa (coffee, pastries, & breakfast), Zorba's, Ace Hardware, and the 12th Avenue Market / US Post Office are one block away- Colfax bars, restaurants, and music venues are a short walk down the street- and Cherry Creek shopping, dining, & Whole Foods are one mile away. Other grocery stores like Sprouts, Trader Joe's, Ideal Market, and King Soopers are also less than a mile away. We will consider pets on a case-by-case basis, so please contact us to discuss this. 1102 Clayton has been the perfect house for our family. It's the place we came home to after getting married and having our baby girl. We're hoping to find someone who will take care of it and love it as much as we have. *NOTE: The house will be available in mid September, but we are willing to consider leases that begin in October and early November, as well.
