It also features tons of CLOSET SPACE to keep your living areas clutter-free. We ENCOURAGE you to compare our unit to any other 2-bedroom unit in NoLibs; we expect to rent this unit quickly. 2. LOCATION - This unit is on a safe and beautiful, tree-lined, and residential street. The restaurants and shops of the Piazza are LESS THAN 1/4 mile away. It's the perfect location to be CLOSE to the action, but not in the MIDDLE of it. No noise or crowds at this corner. It's effortless to walk to the Urban Village Brewing Company, Starbucks, Target, Giant Heirloom Market, and Whole Foods (which is currently under construction). 3. SAFE SECOND-FLOOR UNIT - This unit is in a GREAT neighborhood, as you probably know. However, it also requires two doors for entry. One locked door (with buzzer) is located at street level. Another locked door is located at the entrance to the unit on the second floor. The Philadelphia Fire Department Engine 29 is less than 500 feet away. 4. PUBLIC TRANSPORT - This unit is directly in front of a lightly-used (aka. no crowds) SEPTA bus stop. The Girard Subway station is within walking distance. From this apartment, you can get around the whole city on public transport / without a car. 5. UPDATED APPLIANCES - All appliances were purchased within the last five years. The unit features full-size stainless steel kitchen appliances, including a fridge, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The unit also features a washer and dryer; no need for a laundromat. Look out for similar units with compact appliances that look good in the pictures only. 6. HEATING/COOLING - Modern heating and air conditioning systems are provided within the unit, to keep you comfortable. 7. LIGHT of CORNER UNIT - This apartment has tons of natural light. It's a corner unit, so you have light coming in from three sides of the unit (as opposed to two). Every room has at least two windows. 8. LARGE BALCONY - Speaking of light, the unit features a sizeable 2nd-floor balcony facing George Street (not back toward an alley) with transparent door leading to the living room. This is a great space to entertain or enjoy a drink after a long day. 9. HARDWOOD FLOORS - All floors are hardwood (or tile in the bathroom only). We feel it is necessary to maintain an immaculate and sanitary unit. This unit is a hidden gem in Northern Liberties. Come check it out! ************************************************************* We are looking to sign a one-year lease, although longer terms may be possible. The tenant will be required to provide first-month rent, last month rent, and a one-month security deposit upon signing the lease. The tenant will have to provide information for the background check as well as proof of employment. Students may include a co-signer to help with this requirement. The apartment is non-smoking, aside from the balcony area. Vaping is allowed. The apartment does not allow pets unless the owner and tenant speak and agree over type/size and potentially additional security deposit.
