I am currently looking for another apartment, so one room is available at University Park in Greenville, NC. This is conveniently located behind East Carolina University (on East 10th street). The apartment is on the third floor (no hearing neighbors walking around upstairs or water pipes flowing down). The current rent is $590.00 per month which includes: High speed internet AND cable (already set up and included in rent) $30 tab each month for electric (if you go over, just have to pay overages, no extra fees) In unit washer and dryer Swimming pool and sun deck Free parking on apartment grounds (right outside apartment, not on street) Sewer, water, and trash collection is also included in rent Furnished New appliances (Washer and dryer, dishwasher, stove, and microwave) This is a sublease, so there is already a roommate occupying one of the bedrooms.
