Great Apartment Sizes
This is my very first apartment, it's a studio, but I have to say, for NYC it's a great size. All of the apartments in this building are huge! The bathrooms and kitchens have recently been redone, beautifully. Our neighborhood definitely gets a bad rap, but in the 9 years I've lived here, I've never had any problems and everyone is pretty nice and helpful. We are located between both the D and 4 train, making getting to the city sooooooo convenient, about a 30 minute ride to just about anywhere in Manhattan. The neighborhood is definitely changing and I would say that it's for the better.
