As the classic 1960s song goes, “things will be great when you’re downtown.” In the case of Downtown Manhattan, that’s absolutely right! If you love being in the center of it all, Downtown Manhattan is the place for you. Surrounded by Soho, Tribeca, and the Financial District, there is something for everyone here.
Take in the historic sites such as Printing House Square or gaze at the beauty of the US Courthouse. Housing the entrance of the Brooklyn Bridge, it’s a quick and easy trip to cross the East River. Being just blocks away from the courthouses, those working in the legal system can easily commute to and from court as they please.
Downtown Manhattan is a growing hub for the restaurant industry, with many of New York’s finest chefs moving into the area. Grab a “prescription” cocktail at the apothecary themed bar, Apotheke, or get takeout from the number of Chinese restaurants in the area. Have your pick from a variety of cozy rooms to sky rise condos in the heart of the city.

Property Ratings at 111 Worth
The only thing better than the people who work here is the location. And that's saying nothing of the roof deck! I've been so happy here that though I initially signed just a one year lease I have stayed for six years and counting and haven't reconsidered since!
