Located between Main Street and Dempster, convenient to public transportation (L, buses, METRA) and grocery store, shops, etc. 15 minute walk to NU campus, less than 10 minutes to Main Street and Dempster train stations. Street parking only. Space renovated in 2019 with new flooring, kitchen cabinets and appliances and interior paint. New furnace Fall 2021. Utilities not included, prior tenant usage of gas and electricity in a "work from home, in residence 24/7" situation cost approximately $200/month.
