About This Property
We're renting our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath furnished home in Durango Hills from approximately 1/15/25 to 6/15/25 (up to 5 months). We're open to a shorter lease (for someone who only needs a place for a few months) or a slightly longer lease (for someone who needs a place through the summer). All-wheel drive or four-wheel drive is essential in the winter months, and snow tires are also recommended. Lease details: - Sewer provided at no charge (septic system). - All other utilities paid by tenant, averaging approx. $350/month depending on the season and number of occupants. - Pets negotiable with an additional TBD monthly rent for each pet depending on the pet. - Refundable security deposit equivalent to 1 month's rent. - Application requires 3 references, employment verification, credit check, and background check
