Located along the Flint River about an hour northwest of Downtown Detroit, Flint is the largest city in Genesee County. As a college town, it is home to the University of Michigan-Flint, Kettering University, and Mott Community College. Flint provides easy access to the entire region, with I-475 and I-69 passing through the area. Bishop International Airport is located on the southeast side of the city.
