This is a four-month rental, starting November 1st, which could go month-to-month starting in March. It is a very nice space. It is a walk-out, basement level of a south-facing house, with a big, south-facing glass sliding door entry, a window in every room, including a solatube shining in the window of the bedroom, and many many lights. So it is a fairly bright space. It has a full kitchen, an oversized shower and bathroom, a living room, bedroom, and storage room (which could serve as an office or child's room, but it does not have a window). There is a shared utility room with washer and dryer that is isolated from the rest of the rooms. It is 936 square feet and furnished (queen bed, dresser, kitchen table, pots and pans, plates and silverware, etc.; it doesn’t currently have a couch, but I have a good love seat that could be brought in). You are free to hang out in the large and beautiful back yard. For an extra $100/month, I'll include all utilities including internet (except cable TV, which is up to you), which would keep things simple for both of us (recommended). Prefer no dogs or cats, but could accommodate. No smoking. $1500 security deposit. I will be living upstairs. I am a writer and very quiet and respectful of others. Looking for someone who is also respectful and not too loud, although the sound-proofing in the house is pretty good.
