In addition to the living area couch which pulls out into a full bed and features a separate twin size luxury bed, the master bedroom has a wide futon chair that can also be converted into an extra long twin sleeping space. The interior is functional and most importantly comfortable (all rooms contain luxury M'Lily brand beds in soft, medium, and firm). The master bedroom features a king size bed and the second bedroom offers a queen size bed. There are also two twin sized beds and a pullout couch creating a total of 5 separate beds. The home truly offers a charming atmosphere for your stay. Parking: There is one (or more, based on your car's size) parking space available off-street on the left side of the home, and one (or two) spaces located behind the house, and very ample street parking on this quiet residential street is always available. Guest access: Guests will have 100% private access to this home. Other things to note: Currently managed by a private 'mom and pop' small business property owner. East Nashville, Nashville, Tennessee: Not only is the home's layout super functional and convenient, so is it's location! Here you'll be seconds from fabulous restaurants, many of East Nashville's absolute finest! With some quick internet searching, you'll soon see why East Nashville was voted the 'Nation's #1 Neighborhood!' Uber and Lyft are readily available from this home, so that venturing into the city will be a breeze even without your own vehicle.
