Owners will address normal wear and tear on the property in order to maintain habitable living conditions. Renter will return the property to its original conditions at the close of the lease. There is parking for one car in the garage. Street parking is available for any additional cars. Separate guest room/office is available on the property. Renters must submit first and last months rent and a security deposit of 50% of 1 month's rent along with 2 months bank statements, pay stubs and their latest credit report. All adult individuals living on the property (stays above 3-4 weeks) must be included on the lease and must also present their required documents.
