Long or short term (6 months) lease. Looking for someone to take over our lease thru at least October 2016 at BellePre apartments as we are moving to a single family home. You may stay longer if you like, or leave after six months without penalty. Luxury apartment with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, wood floors. 24-hour gym, 24-hour concierge, grills and common areas, indoor dog wash station w/dryer, bicycle maintenance station, electric car plug-ins, roof-top pool for the summer along with shuffle board and fire pits. Apartment is end unit, no neighbors on either side. Excellent location, walk to Old Town and Del Ray. Braddock metro station 1 block away (yellow and blue lines). Tenant pays utilities. One time amenity fee of $300 per person. Secure garage parking ($75) and storage ($50) available for additional fees if you want them. We are looking for someone to take over our lease at a minimum through October 2016. Longer term available! Pets are between you and the leasing company (equity). I know there is a fee, but do not know what it is off-hand. May be willing to provide some cash incentive to tenant who meets our 1 May timeline! Additional photos available.
