This requires you to register with the City of Manitou yearly, maintain your Colorado State registration and move your car at least every 48 hours. $1000 Deposit, first months prorated rent, & last months rent due prior to moving in. 12 month lease. NO SMOKING INSIDE. Background check, credit check (600 min.), 3-year rental history, no evictions or bankruptcies in last 5 years.
