The house is close to Waikiki, Diamond Head and Kahala and ½ block from the local area bus line which also has the free Rainbow shuttle running to UH. We're centrally located, with super easy access to H1. Less than a 10 minute bike ride to the beach, Ala Moana or Kahala. We are conveniently located in the area where Kapiolani and Kapahulu intersect, and where Beretania and King come together, with super easy access to H1. FULLY FURNISHED STUDIOS: You would have your own fully furnished room and bath/studio. You have your own full private bathroom with a shower and tub. Lots of light and there is a large deep mirror closet in the unit. Your room also includes a refrigerator, microwave, burner, and other kitchen items. There is also a full kitchen in the main part of the building with an extensive selection of all kitchen appliances (juicers, blenders, fryers, rice cooker, crock pot, etc). The room is fully furnished with a full size bed, shelves, dresser, dining table/chairs and more. Here's the best part: rent INCLUDES ALL UTILITIES, such as electric, gas, water, and trash. It also includes internet and cable! You would have access to an on-site coin-operated washer and dryer. We do have bike space available for storing your bike. Also, private driveway parking spaces available for $50/month or moped parking for $20/month.
