The apartment is immaculately clean and features a fully equipped kitchen, Giga Blast Business Speed Wi-Fi, and free Netflix and streaming cable. Enjoy self check-in and the most comfortable, welcoming linens you have ever slept on. Coffee, fresh towels, and bathroom essentials are provided to ensure a comfortable stay. Pets are welcome with a fee of $75 per pet per week. A Pack and Play and/or high chair are available for a $25 rental fee. Several parking options are available, including advanced parking pass or parking space reservations. Eastern Market offers a lively weekend bazaar with produce, crafts, and antiques. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere in the interior of the building or within fifty feet of the building. A $500 smoking fee will be charged if violated. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay. Noise monitoring devices are installed, and exterior cameras record common areas. Certain items should not be flushed down the toilet or put down drains, and plumbing issues caused by these will incur charges. The apartment may require unexpected or scheduled maintenance, with 24-hour notice provided. The apartment features Giga Blast Business Speed Wi-Fi, making it remote work-friendly. A laptop computer is not included.
