Prior home ownership is equivalent to rental history. • Pets are allowed per the owner's discretion and each property listing has specific details for each listing. A $ 250 non refundable pet fee is required per pet. A non- refundable deposit may also be required per the home listing. - Breed restriction list for aggressive breeds is prohibited. - No pets are allowed under the age of 1 year. -All tenants must complete and sign a pet addendum for each pet. -Pet Screening Required: We use a third-party pet/animal screening service.
