A unique and spacious property located on the Phoenix/Scottsdale boundary offering resort-style living and a beautifully and thoughtfully designed 3 bedroom home. - Pool and spa heating are not available from the months of June to September. However, they are available from October to May. - Nightly rate of pool heating is $100, and the nightly rate for the spa heating is $50. - When you pay for pool heating and/or spa heating, the temperature of both will reach up to 70-85 degrees. - Please note that it will take 12 hours to heat the pool so please pay and notify us ahead of time. - Spa and pool heating will turn on automatically from 7 pm to 11 pm once paid. - We kindly request to notify us within 72 hours prior to arrival, if last minute and will need heating please keep in mind that it may take some time for both to warm up and reach the desired temperature. - Pool and spa lights will automatically turn on from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. - Neon lights on the patio will also automatically turn on from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. - If you need any clarification please feel free to ask. This is how the pool system is set up.
