No cats (allergies)! / NO drugs or drama, smoking outside only / About you: respectful, clean and considerate / $890 rent + $100 to cover all utilities / Must be employed and provide full screening (credit score, criminal background and bankruptcy check) / Serious inquiries only will be considered.
