The apartment is inhabited by 2 girls and they live on the second floor with a balcony that overlooks the river!The apartment is good price for the size (1175 sq ft) and has spacious bedrooms and much closet space. The apartment also comes with 2 FREE parking spaces with one being in an underground COVERED space. Heating and AC are both included and free. The kitchen is large and includes a pantry. Laundry is in the building!! The girls are focused on school but also like to go out from time to time and have fun. They are both interested in public health and their phone numbers can be given.
