A $500 smoking fee will be charged if the odor of smoke is reported. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, and noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay. The property is equipped with noise monitoring devices and exterior cameras that record the exterior and common areas. A code for seamless and easy self-check-in will be set and shared 48 hours before your arrival. If you book a short-term rental, you will be contacted to verify yourself prior to check-in. Certain items should not be flushed down the toilet or put down drains, and if these cause plumbing issues, guests will be charged. The home may require unexpected or scheduled preventative maintenance, and access may be gained with 24-hour written notice.
