My husband and I are looking for someone to take over our lease on March 12, 2016. The apartment has an open layout with the following amenities: washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove, microwave, refrigerator, walk-in closet, huge bathroom, a balcony, trash pick-up at your door, large windows that flood the apartment with natural light, pool, and a gym on-site. The maintenance company has been amazing and always responds to calls (though they are few and far in between) immediately. The regular price for this same apartment/layout at Alta Legacy Oaks is closer to $1000 without utilities, but if you take over our lease you can get the price of $780. Taking over a previous lease is pretty much the only way you can lock in such a low price at this beautiful complex. Alta is 5 minutes from the Best Buy/Target of Knightdale, 5 minutes to Rex Hospital Raleigh, and less than 15 minutes to downtown Raleigh. We would also pay $150 toward your moving cost.
