My husband grew up in this home, became our starter home and is now ready to create memories for another family. It has a detached garage and a partially fenced in backyard. The back and front porch have been recently resurfaced. The home is just across the street from a neighborhood park and just down the road from the elementary school. We are not approved to accept housing assistance. A credit score of at least 650 is desired with no evictions.
