I wish I could give 1155 a good review because the residents and the location are amazing. Unfortunately, we have had so many problems living here and the management company, Greystar, doesn't care about the residents. We were promised things from the beginning that we never got or just got after a whole year (concierge, dog run, 2nd BBQ) and to top it off, they cut our security at night, putting safety at risk (we've had several car break-ins and packages stolen). The pool seems like a nice thing to have but it constantly has algae. We had major flooding in our apartment due to their negligence, had construction in our home (along with multiple other homes) for over 3 months, couldn't use our washer and dryer for over 8 weeks and nothing got done until we complained multiple times. This is not a luxury apartment complex and is ridiculously overpriced for what we get. All you are paying for is location.

Concierge services were never advertised or promised since opening however we have decided to switch services we had with the standing guard to a concierge service as this will elevate the resident experience. Part of our concierge team member task list is to actively monitor our security camera footage and walk through the property for routine checks. We are excited to provide this new service to our residents. We have not had any reported vehicle break-ins. Please email the office directly so that we can address this. The leasing and resident staff at 1155 made it so easy to apply and get situated in the building when I moved in. I really enjoy the amenities and the incredible rooftop terrace that has incredible downtown views. The building feels like living in a hotel, it is well maintained and the residents are super friendly!
