The property is nestled in the trees on the front row of the Texas side on the big part of Lake Texoma. Nothing but 150 feet of trees lies between the house and the water. Walk down to the boat ramp and launch one of the 3 kayaks right off the bank and paddle over to Treasure island to enjoy the sandy beaches, or just relax on the giant elevated deck with 2 levels, plenty of seating, Weber gas grill, fire table and majestic views overlooking the Texoma islands. The electric fireplace will give you all the cozy vibes winter or summer! There are two sliding doors that lead you to the expansive deck...once you walk outside, get ready...it's breathtaking! Plenty of comfy seating and outdoor dining options are available for you. THE SECOND LEVEL: Walking up the stairs gives you the feeling of climbing the ladder up to your tree house!
