A queen-size air mattress is also available for additional guests. Guests have access to all appliances, kitchen supplies, and amenities, with initial provisions in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room. However, guests are responsible for purchasing additional items for personal use if they run out during their stay. The Trailblazer is ideally located across the street from Old Tiger Track, offering a public park, playground, and fields for guest use. Guests can explore beyond Slaughter Pen with an easy 7-minute bike ride to Coler MTB Preserve or Bentonville Square. The trail system provides access to Crystal Bridges and the Square, with approximately 250+ miles of single track for biking or hiking adventures accessible directly from the garage. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee is paid. Unauthorized parties will incur a fine of $1000. Pets are not allowed, and any discovered will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking will result in a fine of $1000 plus the cost of any necessary smoke remediation. Exterior cameras may be present for security purposes.
