This apartment features three spacious bedrooms with a king-size bed, a queen-size bed, two single beds, and a twin air mattress. It includes two full bathrooms, with an en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom and a hallway bathroom. The large kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, and the open living room offers comfy seating and tropical ocean-inspired décor. Enjoy the open concept dining area and a large, fully fenced backyard with a fire pit and plenty of lounge seating. High-speed free Wi-Fi and a smart TV are also available, along with a dual traditional and Keurig coffee machine. Free parking is available for up to four vehicles. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, the cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement weather, we do not advise using the pool, which is serviced weekly. Located just 5 minutes from Downtown Largo, 15 minutes from Sand Key Park and St. Pete–Clearwater International Airport, 20 minutes from Clearwater Beach and Ruth Eckerd Hall, and 30 minutes from Tampa, this apartment offers easy access to Florida's beautiful white sand beaches. The quiet, residential neighborhood has shopping and restaurants nearby, and having a vehicle is the best way to get around. Up to two cars may park in the driveway and two on the street. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. The laundry room provides enough detergent pods for up to two loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge are provided. Coffee is not included, but there is a coffee maker. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. A ring camera is located on the front door for safety and privacy. Self check-in and check-out are available, and while in-person interaction is not provided, assistance is available through the messaging app.
