Downstairs Suite Includes: -Private Entrance -Bathroom with Shower -One Bedroom -Washer and Dryer -Full Kitchen with dishwasher, stove, fridge and microwave -Propane Forced Air Furnace -Supplemental Baseboard Electric Heat -Driveway Parking -Large wood deck on the side of the house Tenant pays all Utilities, but is split with owner's who also reside in the home on the upper level of the house. Utilities include: Propane, Electric and Internet. -Unit has the ability to be partially furnished if need be (kitchen table, couch, as well as some lights and other items currently) -4WD/AWD Vehicle Required PLEASE NOTE: The upstairs portion of the house is not for rent and will be occupied by the property owner's.
