Living here has been the best. Quiet, Relaxing, Beautiful Community. I have lived in other communities where you can hear your neighbors in their apartments, but not here at 1177 Post Road East. There's a very clean and well kept gym, a community fire pit and social area, and the people here really make it home. I finally love where I live.
Ty is amazing. She is welcoming and always finds the answers to any questions. The outside area is so relaxing and well maintained. When there is a work order it is taken care of promptly.

I am enjoying living in 1177 Greens Farms in Westport. The staff do a great job! They are helpful and very nice and the building is clean and well maintained.
This has been my home since its opening in 2018. I love my apt and living here in Westport. Tyionna (in the office) is very cheerful, kind, hardworking and very responsive to any and all resident needs or input. I really appreciate her being here. She is a great presence at 1177 Greens Farms! Also, the Management Team is very diligent with the: yard, trees, outside sitting area. And needed repairs. They keep everything beautiful! They’ll be power washing next week which includes doing the porches and siding and concrete. Very nice. Also ,each year (like clockwork) they do fire inspections, and clean apt air filters and dryer vents. We never need to worry about living in a clean , safe, and well-maintained building. I really enjoy living here and I highly recommend it as a safe, clean, well-maintained place to call home!

I’m having the best apartment experience so far in Connecticut. The community is amazing and the location is a 10 out of 10. There are grocery stores, book stores, spas, the local library and Senior Center within a 5 minute drive. Traffic can sometimes be a bit stressful but you learn quick when the best times to do errands are. I recommend 1177 Greens Farms to anyone looking for a safe, beautiful, inclusive community.
