An excellent place to live comfortably in the center
It’s a good environment and the amenities are up to standards of a city like SF.
Some management/leasing team members are rude and condescending. I have complained about noisy neighbors multiple times and they have not done anything to change it. Neighborhood is full of homeless people and people yelling in the street. They pump some weird/cheap fragrance in the hallways. Trash chute rooms are always destroyed and littered everywhere. Parking fee is expensive. There are much better luxury buildings to stay at then this one. There's a reason why there such a high turnover/high vacancy rate in this building.

The security in this building is horrible someone broke in my car and stole my stuff out of the garage! The management team is also the worst ever. No one ever has anything positive to say about this management and I know why. I have had COUNTLESS problems with management the whole time I have lived here. Unresponsive to rental assistance, charging for things that aren’t the resident’s fault, barred me from the resident portal, and very unhelpful! Only one person in the whole management office in the span of two years has helped and been courteous! Would never recommend thanks for asking.

Trinity is an amazing building complex, near to day, afternoon and night events, venues, restaurants, landmarks places. Staff is pretty nice, neighbors are pretty nice and respectful, quiet even tough is in the heart of the city (except when ambulance passes by, but ey, emergency is happening) dog super friendly and cool amenities. If the right opportunities are given I’ll definitely renew my leasing contract.

I love living here. I have nothing but great things to say about the building and my unit (both of which are beautifully designed and constructed), the maintenance and security departments and the leasing staff. Lots of amenities, including a gym and common areas to meet or just to relax. Public transportation is steps away. A well-managed and very safe and immaculate property where residents' concerns are quickly and proactively addressed.

The building is really amazing, feels like a hotel. Breathtaking views of the city from the terrace. Common areas are all pretty nice for bringing in your gang to hang.

El olor a basura subiendo al piso dos y saliendo del elevador es muy fuerte, también el elevador con orines de perro y el olor a orines descuidado de casi todos los días. En el piso 16 muchas bachas de cigarro por semanas. Yo no vi más que un apartamento más pequeño antes de rentar mi piso, y me hubiera gustado ver más opciones pisos más arriba para elegir mi hogar. También los gritos de la persona que vive a un lado y los pasillos del patio a media noche que molestan con sus ruidos fuertes cuando trabajamos muy temprano. Si en el futuro hay más opciones de renta por pisos más arriba por favor informen para subir a verlo. Gracias

DO NOT LIVE HERE. My car was broken into the first day I moved in here. I have had to have companies replace packages that were stolen here. People have parked in my parking space for over a week because management has double booked my space. Every month I have lived here, I have had some issue where I have had to speak with management, unlike any apartment I have ever lived in before. All of these problems are easily resolvable by management, but they are difficult to reach, disinterested, and unhelpful. For the sake of all residents here, I hope massive changes are made to the way this building is managed. Until then, there is no deal that makes 1177 Market worth living in.

Very clean and relatively new community. The leasing staff works hard to ensure a smooth move in and are not overly aggressive. The apartments have a great layout, although no icemaker for the fridge. I like the security features and the modern aesthetic

The property is good, i just signed a lease but the leasing staff’s response rate is in the negatives. It feels like they are purposefully ignoring your emails. No one picks up the phone either. An absolute crap show. It will frustrate you to the core. They don't even acknowledge that they've received your message. It's so bad. I might reconsider living here. I still have some time before my lease starts. I can’t imagine how it will be once I move and I need some thing fixed.
