Don’t do it
I have been here a year. They go through management every other month it’s seems. We have had three. They don’t fix anything! I have had a broken oven for four months now, made countless inquiries. Someone comes and looks, says they ordered parts, then get no response. I have a leaking fridge, pipes under sink, roof. And no fixing in site.
