Being a health-oriented home, minimizing alcohol consumption is recommended. Don’t leave your personal items in the common areas. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am with no loud music, talks, or TV. Smoking cigarettes, weed, or other substances are strictly prohibited anywhere inside the property. You must clean the bathroom and toilet after each use and remove any dirt or hair. Night check-in after 9 pm may be organized for an extra fee of $40 USD. Check-in between 12:00 am and 9 am is not guaranteed, however, if possible, there will be a $70 late check-in fee. Due to the fact that only long-term stays are allowed, a background check is required for all tenants by the landlord. Refusal to do so will mean forfeiting your reservation. Depending on your credit score or background check, the booking or inquiry may be declined. The unit booked may vary slightly in furniture and look, but any room placed in is of similar size and shape.
