Sneak preview of our By the Lake Bungalow (this is a few blocks from the lovely Lake Winnebago, no direct Lake views, but an amazing spot for your morning walk). Please excuse the initial photos as they are prior to our receiving from previous owner and doing some cleaning and light updating to window draperies and unit touch ups. This is a bright, cozy (modest-sized) three bedroom single family home with an oversized 1.5 car garage, large enough for any vehicle and additional storage. The layout includes a main small-sized bedroom with closet on the main floor, a lovely living room with updated flooring and a fun paint pallet, dining room that opens to the living area for an open feel, and a full kitchen. The upstairs features two bedrooms with sloped ceilings (possibly was at one time an attic space before a previous owner conversion). The first bedroom you enter up a slightly steep set of stairs and there is a walk through bedroom left of the stairs with a cute built in drawer set to the right of the stairs. After the walk through bedroom there is a third larger (but also slopped ceiling bedroom that is the largest of the three bedrooms, currently easily accommodating a king bed.) This layout would be appropriate for a family with a few children with the option to have parents on main floor or in larger bedroom at end of walk through. Full bathroom with tub on the main floor. The pending open date for what will be our best priced three-bedroom unit (due to layout and that we don't plan to give it the full corporate housing makeover right away) is tentatively for early October. This unit, initially priced at $2200 (not including any additional bills) is a great opportunity for a family or other renting individuals to scoop up a three-bedroom single family house in an ideal location, neighborhood, near the lake and Oshkosh Defense, with an abundant garage and fantastic yard! This home did previously host pets and will be steam cleaned, ozone treated with some light painting. For those with extreme allergies to homes that have once hosted pets should not apply. More/better pictures without tenant items and showing all the beautiful natural light of this home will be updated in a few weeks, but this home will likely be reserved before we get that far! Ideal applicant will have a somewhat flexible start date (as we don't have a firm move out date for the previous home owner who is in the process of relocating). This unit can also be converted and booked as a furnished rental inclusive of bills, which would include more updates and bills included (furnishing/cable/WiFi/utilities/lawn/snow service at $2,750 a month) with a minimum of a six-month booking with preferred start in November 2024. This is a pre-posting of a hard-to-find 3-bedroom-SFH with great yard and garage in Oshkosh. Lots and lots of room for parking in this driveway area.
