A well-trained, small adult dog (50 lbs or less) is allowed but with an additional non-refundable pet deposit of $500. The yards will be maintained by a lawn company. A small boat will be stored behind a fence on the north side in winter. We will be showing the house this Saturday, April 26, 2025 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.. Current tenants are leaving at the end of May after staying six years with no rent increases.
