There is onsite laundry available and bike storage is an option as well. There is off street parking available. Down the street is City Park and The Denver Zoo. Just nearby is Snooze, Trader Joes, Congress Park Taproom, and so much more! Available now! Rent is $1,050/month with a separate utility charge of $125 (includes water, sewage, trash, gas. and WIFI). Electric is billed separately through Xcel. Covered parking is available for $50/month, uncovered spots are $35/month. The application fee is $45 per person with a deposit of $400 pending approval. Deposit subject to change pending results of background check. We are PET FRIENDLY! There is a $300 refundable pet deposit and $35/month pet rent. *Square footage is approximate, pictures may be of a similar unit. To qualify with us here at RIO you must make twice the amount of rent per month, have good established credit (min 2 open lines of credit in good standings), no collections, no rental debt, no evictions, and have a clean background check. All applications are put into a specific algorithm that take all qualifications into account. Portable Tenant Screening Reports (PTSR): 1) Applicant has the right to provide Rio Real Estate with a PTSR that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in § 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides Rio Real Estate with a PTSR, Rio Real Estate is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for Rio Real Estate to access or use the PTSR.
