I could have written a book concerning 119 South when we first moved in but not anymore. This place is in need of TLC before it is to late. It used to be as beautiful and clean as a resort but now no one seems to care. Sad! Glad our home is almost completed so we can move.

Very quiet. Grounds very clean. Parking lot debris needs to be blown or picked up. Stairways are starting to look worn. Need to be cleaned.

119 South is all I expected and was looking for. Beautiful grounds and apartments. Management is extremely hands on and responsive. The pool and fitness area are amazing and very well kept and update with the new equipment. I feel very safe as a single person living in this community.

I am incredibly satisfied with my living situation. I could not ask for a better and more stable space here. Everyone is a joy to work with, we've been helped when rent has been a bit of a hardship and I've felt more safe here than I have in years. Absolutely my favorite apartment thus far! I have lived in a couple apartments and 119 has been at the top! Dusty is such a gem and helped in any way possible. I noticed a review regarding parking - I think people have unrealistic expectations. I noticed the tow truck coming around multiple times. Definitely five stars!

This place looks better than it is. I lived there for over 3 years and have only bad things to say. The rent is outrageous for where it’s located. People steal packages and leave dog poop all over the grounds. Parking is awful and you have to compete for spots. Our apartment had mold and AC/heating problems. Just don’t live here.

The ladies in the office have been wonderful in helping with my concerns. Living at 119 South is a pleasure due to the friendly people living in the community.
Very poor management!!!! They give you a parking pass but they do not enforce it so half the time you will not have a place to park by your apartment, they don't enforce garbage pick up, people leave trash out starting on Friday mornings (there is no trash pick up Friday and Saturday)

Quiet community, really close to 40 and 85. Best choice for first time renters.
I just recently moved into 119 South about a month ago. So far I have had a great experience! The apartment is like new with nice features. The price, cleaniness, and flexibility of lease term is what sold me!
Wonderful apartment complex to live in with an excellent clubhouse staff.
It's probably a strange observation but my cats do not hiss at the maintenance workers. I had an issue with my AC where they had to be in my apartment for hours and they were very respectful and furthermore, I did not feel unsafe. I trust my cats' judgment.
