There is a $50 nonrefundable for tenant screening per adult anyone 18yrs+ living in unit must apply and be on the lease. Good credit history and landlord references required. No application will be processed without landlord references. ADDITIONAL rent: There is an additional rent charge of $15 for renters' insurance for property damage & liability to the property.
