Property Ratings at 12 Central Square
Certain things in the apartment were already not well maintained, we were charged more than 1k as part of move out final settlement without just justified reasoning. We got an aggressive call in the end to pay the settlement saying we don't negotiate and you need to pay the settlement.

Thank you for providing us with your valuable feedback. We’re disappointed to hear that move out experience wasn’t exactly to your liking. We hope you give us another chance soon, so we can share an even more positive experience.
I would recommend living elsewhere if you can, even though it is one of the cheaper options near downtown Bellevue. The buildings were built in the mid-eighties and have related issues: the hallway at the garage level flooded multiple times during heavy rains, and no repairs were made to my knowledge. In the first-floor apartment, mold developed very quickly around all windows and some kitchen cabinets (which we only kept pans in, no food). Management is poor: when renewing our lease, we received inconsistent communications on what changes had been made and what our new fees would be (luckily we carefully read all 70+ pages ourselves). Even though we were in good standing and they were asking hundreds of dollars less per month for new renters, the only way we could get a comparable rate was by signing a 16-month lease. There were multiple parking audits conducted in a single year, and our rent charges incorrectly changed mid-lease (was remedied after some communication). A garage door was rekeyed without notice which disabled multiple residents' keys from working, and access was never restored despite multiple requests. Pro: our cat liked looking at the birds outside since there is a lot of greenery on the complex

We called in today asking if there is a way to tour apartments, they said come before 5:30pm and sure we can tour. We went in and initially our uber dropped us at Park in Bellevue, when we called they said we are at wrong place and dont know where we were, she said if only we can meet her in few minutes she can help as she has some other work! I thought it's understandable and we said we will find and be there, realizing its just the opposite apartments. When we went in, she said she cant give us a tour as she has work! Couple of things 1. She could have just said when we called in first or when we called saying we were there 2. She was not apologetic instead she asked us where we came from when we said bel red road, she was like you can visit again its not far and she sounded very rude and we didn't like the way she treated us, she didn't even bother to ask us sit the whole time. 3. I do understand she could have been pulled into last minute work, but the way we were treated felt very unwelcoming, had high hopes on this place but this experience left us appalling! We felt bad, as it was not it

I lived here for 1 year, and loved it. Would have renewed had I not needed to move out of State. Nice and friendly community, just about a block or two from Downtown Bellevue. Spacious units with new appliances and décor. Maintenance issues get fixed in a timely manner, underground gated secure parking is nice also. The front office staff are extremely helpful and courteous. I'd recommended living here to anyone.

We stayed here for one and half years. The apartment was not in a good shape for example:-stain on the carpet, broken drawers, broken toilet tank, washer (washing machine) used to make loud sound. Automatic garage door and elevator sound was disturbing (specially at night). Kids were not able to play freely at the "playground" area as so many residents use to complain about the "noise". We used community room few times, but always had problems with WiFi connection. Apartment community does not have fixed rules, they keep changing according to the management's convenience. We did not get our deposit money back, but had to pay more than 400$ for supposed damage and cleaning.
