This FURNISHED, multilevel, two-bedroom, two-bath unit is located in Downtown Mystic in a renovated mill building (Factory Square). It has heavy-timbered wood ceilings and exposed brick walls, providing a warm cozy feel. The location is within close walking distance to numerous restaurants, shops and local attractions on the Mystic River, including Mystic Seaport, the Mystic Aquarium, the Mystic Museum of Art, boat cruises, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, with driving access to area beaches and two huge casinos. The apartment is tastefully furnished and fully accessorized with a living room (TV, DVD and CD player), dining room and fully- applianced kitchen (refrigerator, self cleaning range, microwave range hood, dishwasher and disposal). The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed with ensuite full bath (tub & shower). The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and full bath (shower only) adjacent to bedroom. The central heat and air conditioning system is individually controlled. An on-site card-activated laundry facility is conveniently located on the second floor. This is an essentially an “all-in” rent, including electricity (with an electricity allowance of up to $125 per month), water, hot water, basic expanded cable TV, kitchenware and all linens. Broadband internet service is available for an additional $45 per month. Parking is available for up to two vehicles. The rent includes one on-site parking space and the second space is available for $40/month in a card-controlled lot directly across the street. Just bring your suitcase and save a bundle over comparable accommodations in an extended stay hotel. Sorry, but we do not permit pets in our furnished units. Total move-in fees are application and credit check fee of $30, first month's rent and security deposit (equal to one month's rent). Lease term: minimum two months.
