This is the main floor in a home and you will use the front entrance. The stairway to upstairs is completely blocked off and insulated, upstairs tenant uses a second floor deck to go in and out. Also have a separate zone heating/cooling. I can swap out a bed for a bunk bed (to fit more people) as well consider any other furniture accommodations as requested for no extra charge! Large lot with no neighbors to the right or left! Only non-barking pets allowed (no-dogs).
