Property Ratings at 120 Ninth Street
To say I am beyond furious with the property management team and their utter lack of care for our apartment complex is putting it mildly. It is outrageous that they consistently neglected their duties and failed to maintain the property, leaving us to deal with unresolved issues for far too long. If you do not complain about a problem, it wouldn't get resolved at all. Yet, when you do bring an issue to their attention, you are belittled by the assistant property manager and told there is nothing they can do about it. To add insult to injury, they allowed Airbnb/VRBO guests to use the amenities that we as renters pay for, which is not only completely unfair but potentially dangerous. We as residents have a background check and go through a vetting process. We have the right to a safe environment which is why we chose to live in a community that has restricted access and is not open to the public. Now with these guests - who are only subject to the rental platforms security are free to roam and move about our space. Ahh.. don't even get me started on the assistant property manager. Instead of taking responsibility for her actions and doing their job, they completely shifted the blame onto me, which is unprofessional and downright unacceptable. We submitted a work order for a minor issue, which turned into a major issue. Crickets for a week. a week after submitting the second work order, I went down to the office to check in because now .. our sink was backing up/not draining and the disposal wasn't working. NOT a first world problem when the smell of rotting food and sitting water starts to consumer your entire apartment. I went to the office to inquire and was told that they are understaffed, they have one maintenance person who only works 3 days. I inquired about an ETA to which I was told she didn't have one because they are backed up. I'm beyond fed up with their lack of accountability and disregard for their responsibilities. if you live facing the river walk, you can expect to be up late listening to the terrible loud music from the VFW - not only on the weekends, but the weekdays too - If not THAT, they you may find yourself amused with how often the train comes by and how VERY LONG and LOUD the horn is that you can hear around the clock. But wait .. there is MORE. PARAMORE.. yep .another source of obnoxiously loud music. They host multiple brunch shows on Saturday and Sunday. The music is loud and the language is vulgar. :)

Walls are pretty thin could hear a lot of things that I shouldn't be hearing. Homelessness a problem in the area. Key fob not working half the time. Place is not kept up nicely 24/7.
