As you would expect from a custom-crafted home of this era, the home includes 12' ceilings, wood floors, fireplaces, all wood windows, and the unique columns typical of Gainesville's early homes. Near the home are two ancient Live Oak trees. Renovations on the interior of 120 NW 10th St are complete. The A/C system, plumbing, and electrical are all new, and the kitchen and 3 bathrooms are completely remodeled. The entire house was drywalled and painted with new lighting fixtures installed (ceiling fans in all bedrooms). We added a side deck, painted the house, installed a paved driveway and patio on the south side of the house, and a formal parking lot in the rear with both driveway and alley access.
