The floors have just been replaced in the kitchen and living room with high-quality luxury vinyl plank. Each bedroom has a queen size mattress (one is comfortable memory foam), room darkening curtains, and extra large walk-in closets for all your clothes and adventure gear. Remote workers can set up at the desk in the bedroom - or work at the high-top counter in the kitchen! The large bathroom has ample storage and a double sink vanity, making it a breeze to get ready and tackle your day, or relax in the tub in the evening. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a yummy meal at home, and even includes specialty items like a small crockpot, air fryer, rice cooker and NutriBullet. A vacuum, ironing board, iron, starter toiletries (toilet paper & paper towels), and cleaning supplies are also included for your monthly+ stay. All utilities are included, including WiFi, and there is a washer & dryer in the unit. Your new extended stay is in the prime location of the West Wash Park neighborhood, centrally located in Denver. Quick access to everything you need and want - just 5 minutes to Cherry Creek, less than 10 minutes to Downtown, and super quick access to/from the highway (I-25)! Several neighborhood restaurants/bars are within walking distance, as well as the lively bar and restaurant scene on South Broadway! The beautiful Washington Park is also a 10 minute walk through the lovely neighborhood full of gorgeous historic homes. Other Notes: - Up to one dog is allowed. An additional non-refundable fee is required. - Included in your month+ stay, is a complimentary monthly cleaning service. This is a full house clean but does not include laundry turnover. - Keyless self check-in. - Access to 1 free off-street parking space in the front driveway/parking lot. - Access to a common outdoor patio space with a fire pit, dining table, and bike rack. - This is a condominium community with other owners and renters, please respect the common areas and neighbors around the complex by honoring quiet hours from roughly 10pm-6am. - For non-emergency issues, we do not send maintenance to the property during your stay, only after you depart. - We only provide a starting supply of soap, toilet paper and paper towels, etc. If you have a more extended stay, you may need to buy your own. - This is a registered residential rental property with the City of Denver.
