Great place to live! Convenient location with everything you could need within a close distance. Being next to Whole Foods is a huge plus and also provides an easy way to return Amazon items. Front desk staff could be friendlier/warmer but the leasing and management staff, especially Courtney, have been wonderful during my time in the building. Other residents are incredibly nice and helpful as well.

The location, amenities, and finishes are top notch! Love my beautiful views of downtown through the floor to ceiling windows and from my balcony. Also love being able to walk so many great places. The traffic is loud, but that’s just part of living in the city

The garage door was open for 6 months and I still had to pay for protected parking. There was two cars that smashed through the gates. The front office changed many times and made a lot of mistakes. Unpleasant residency.

I'm used to street noise coming from downtown buildings. As a former resident of high rises in nyc, chicago, and atlanta, this by far has been the most poorly built. Lack of insulation/window quality created one of my biggest frustrations/reasons for moving out. The motorcycles and cars racing down Broadway and entering the highway are something we just couldn't tolerate any longer. After living in two units in the building, we decided to leave the property.

Beautiful building, helpful staff. I put in a maintenance request, got same day service. Highly recommend. Our space is gorgeous and we love it. Amenities are terrific. The fitness center has all that I need and more!

Had a good move in experience. Love the unit! Amenities are fantastic and so far neighbors are quiet and can’t hear much of the traffic on Broadway.

I’ve been here one night, extremely noisy at night. Cars, motorcycles racing their engines. Building itself is beautiful, people are very friendly, layout is great. Need to find a way to deal with the noise.

We love 1200 Broadway!! The staff are always friendly and attentive to our needs. The community spaces are great for entertaining family and friends or just relaxing and hanging out. Our view of Nashville is spectacular and we especially adore the sunsets from our floor to ceiling windows!

We have loved our time at 1200 Broadway. The staff have been tremendous. Any maintenance issues we have had (which were few) were handled quickly and professionally. The location is fantastic and the price competitive with other similar downtown properties.

I’ve never lived anywhere before now where I had such a sense of community- neighbors who actually know each other and hang out! And the staff create and foster this as well - I love 1200 broadway
Location is great. Pool and amenities are top class. Love the gas stove - super rare. Finish out is better than most apartments. Once the new restaurants open this place is a no brainer rental.

They forget to be transparent or professional and then let you know you have no choice in the matter. Per the agency, It was urgent I got on the lease a month ago, which I signed then; and have been living here since July (3+ months). Yet, finding out today the other tenant never signed the lease and then turned off my key and separated me from my baby boy today. Way to go UDR! I wont mention the 24/7 noisy construction and ultra-excessive fees they randomly will hit you with throughout your stay.
Cars broken into weekly and nothing is done about it. Management does not care about you. Overpriced and very loud. This place is terrible
Multiple car break in issues. A guy was just arrested this weekend but this isn’t an isolated incident. Ask any other resident and they will probably relate a similar story. Management refuses to pay for additional security in the garage and will tell you “it’s a part of city living.” NO ITS NOT. I moved from Manhattan and have never experienced anything close to this. If management steps up, I will change my review but I doubt they will. I implore anyone moving into this building to talk to an actual resident before pulling the trigger.
I've lived here for almost a year, and most of the reasons for moving into the building I was lied to about. I was told there would never be airBnB units, I was told that our amenities were only for residents, and I was told we would have eight 24 hour guest parking validations. We now have airBnB visitors here every single weekend, and they have access to the entire building. They trash the amenities areas and have broken quite a few things. There have been thefts, and quite a few disagreements that nearly turned into fights. Also, there is no background check for the airBnB visitors, so any sex offender or violent felon could rent one and have access to the whole building with their key fob. We now only have eight 1 hour parking validations per month. Friends, relatives, dog walkers, house cleaners, etc must all pay for parking and it isn't cheap. The rooftop lounge and business conference amenities are not rentable by the public. So we have to share our home with them. Safety concerns in the parking area are getting worse. There have been 4 cars stolen from the "SECURE" residents parking garage, and many more broken into. There was an unarmed security person for a few months at night, but now they are gone. The building was offered an off duty policeman by a security company for $28 an hour, but UDR turned it down. There have been multiple issues with strangers following female residents in the garage and into the lobby. In the case of the lobby, the front desk person was not even there both times. Lastly, the fire pits and the grills on both the roof and the 8th floor amenities deck hardly ever work. Some of the firepits have been broken for months.
Construction and highway noise are too much to handle. Add to that the homeless campsite across the street and sketchy parking garage. There are much nicer places to live in Nashville!
