The fully equipped kitchen, with its unique herringbone backsplash and stainless steel appliances, provides everything you need to whip up a meal or reheat leftovers. The open-concept dining room and living room, with lofted ceilings and beautiful furnishings, create a welcoming environment for socializing and relaxation. Free parking is available on the premises. We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest. Experience the best of Dallas, a bustling cosmopolitan city known for its sports, history, BBQ, and frozen margaritas. From spectacular museums and performing arts venues in the Arts District to the buzzing nightlife of live music and lively bars, there’s something for everyone. Nearby attractions include The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza, Reunion Tower, Perot Museum of Nature and Science, Deep Ellum, and Dallas Arboretum Botanical Gardens. We do not allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings at our property. Only registered guests are allowed. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances. Enjoy the comfort and convenience of a self-check-in. The fireplace is gas-operated and should not be left unattended. Streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube are available on smart TVs. Includes high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and a washer/dryer. A laptop computer is not included.
