Avalon Clarendon apartments are close to restaurants and shops in Market Common Clarendon. We are looking for someone to sublet our current apartment in the Avalon Clarendon community. Rent for this exact apartment is $2225, plus a $100/month parking fee. Lease start date will ideally be between mid-late October, but negotiations can be made for those interested. The end date of the lease is July 10th, 2017. An application fee of $50 will be due upon transferring the lease. Please note: the pictures above are of the model apartment. The exact unit we are subletting has updated wood plank flooring rather than carpet in the living areas.
