The privately fenced backyard is perfect for the current weather, family gatherings, etc. The backyard comes with a shed to store tools, lawnmower, etc. The house is very close to major attractions, roads and has easy access to the I-45 and Hwy 3. Resident pays for all utilities including trash, sewer, and water as well as landscaping. We are pet friendly. Acceptable types of pets include dogs, cats, birds, small caged mammals, and fish. Animals are approved with a non-refundable pet fee, a pet deposit, and a monthly pet rent. Aggressive breeds or any combination mix of these breeds are not allowed. Completed applications are accepted on "first-come, first-served" basis upon submitting all required documentation. Security deposit varies based on the results of the application review process; however standard security deposit is as mentioned in this listing. Evictions and BK not accepted. Must make 2.5x rent, credit score 550 or higher. Application fee is NOT refundable.
