Only 12 miles to Clemson University to enjoy football, basketball, baseball, The Walker Golf course and other college activities of Clemson and Anderson Universities. Also enjoy a visit to the beautiful S.C. Botanical Gardens. Very close to excellent restaurants, shopping, civic center and easy access to interstate 85. This condo has three bedrooms and two full baths to comfortably accommodate 4-6 guests with a maximum of 6 guests allowed. The kitchen is well equipped if you like cooking some of your own meals. The living room has a flat screen hdTV with cable like streaming service. Wifi, electricity, cable/streaming service, water and garbage bins are included in pricing. This condo is perfect for professionals who are working in the area temporarily or a family transitioning to Anderson. We also accept mature students, snowbirds and sport fishing pros. We are experienced in providing a pleasant stay for our guests. You will have a washer and dryer in the condo. On-site Pool across the condo parking lot and visible from the front deck. On-site Community tennis court and exercise area with limited equipment. On-site 48 hour Courtesy dock for access to Lake Hartwell but no trailer parking is available and no ramp access for launching a boat. There are public boat launch sites and mariners close by that may offer boat storage. Guests may text or email for information when enjoying our condo and an emergency phone number is available. Our condo is close to Interstate 85. There are many great restaurants, great shopping, sports activities of Clemson University, Anderson University and, of course, beautiful Lake Hartwell. This is a safe, friendly neighborhood with many fulltime residents so we carefully screen our guests. This condo requires communication with your leasing request. Please introduce yourself with a short note about yourself and your reason for visiting our area in your message to expedite the process. You will also be required to read and agree to the bylaws of this community; complete a questionnaire and lease agreement.
